American Online Retailer iHerb Partners with Cainiao, a Subsidiary of Alibaba, to Establish New Logistics Facility in Hong Kong The Cainiao-operated facility in Hong Kong can process up to 15,000 orders daily. American online retailer iHerb is collaborating with Cainiao Smart Logistics Network, a subsidiary of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group, to set up a new warehouse in Hong Kong to enhance its order fulfillment capabilities in Asia. The Cainiao-operated facility in Hong Kong can process up to 15,000 orders daily. According to iHerb, the center is located just 500 meters from the cargo terminal of Hong Kong International Airport and 2 kilometers away from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. iHerb's Chief Operating Officer, Chang Miriee, stated in a press release that the company, which focuses on health and wellness products, is increasing its operations in Hong Kong with the goal of achieving faster delivery times in the region.
