Atlanta, September 10, 2024 - UPS (NYSE: UPS) today announced that it has agreed to acquire Frigo-Trans and its sister company BPL (collectively referred to as "Frigo-Trans"), leading providers of complex medical logistics based in Germany. Upon completion of the acquisition, UPS will enhance its end-to-end capabilities across Europe to meet the growing demand for temperature-controlled and time-sensitive logistics from an increasing number of UPS Healthcare clients.
