# Körber Supply Chain Software Completes Acquisition of TMS Provider MercuryGate
## Announces Tim Moylan as Chief Commercial Officer; Names MercuryGate CTO Beth Hendriks as Körber Supply Chain Software’s CTO

Körber Supply Chain Software (jointly owned by Körber AG and KKR) today announced the completion of its acquisition of transportation management system (TMS) provider MercuryGate International Inc. According to a statement from Körber, this acquisition is one of the largest in the supply chain software industry this year, expected to increase Körber Supply Chain Software’s annual net revenue by approximately 25%.
The company stated that this move strengthens Körber Supply Chain Software’s vision to provide solutions across the entire supply chain, from order management through warehouse management and into transportation and freight, achieving greater efficiency and visibility. This reduces planning silos, accelerates problem resolution, and delivers better customer and business outcomes.
“Acquiring MercuryGate is a significant accelerator in our mission to offer clients the best products or integrated suites that meet their specific operational and business needs,” commented Ed Auriemma, CEO of Körber. He added, “Our commitment is to cater to client demands, create the future they need, understand their unique challenges, and provide solutions that address today’s issues while anticipating tomorrow’s opportunities.”
Today, Körber Supply Chain Software also announced Tim Moylan as its first Chief Commercial Officer and appointed Beth Hendriks as the new CTO. With Beth and Tim on board, we can strengthen our commitment to customers, helping them confidently navigate the complexities of modern supply chains and grow alongside their businesses.”
Moylan brings over 30 years of experience in leading, building, and growing high-performing sales and marketing teams. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TechnologyOne, Australia’s largest enterprise SaaS company. Prior to that, Tim held the position of President for Americas at Microfocus, President APAC at Infor, and executive roles in global enterprise technology companies like HP and SAP, driving growth initiatives and leading all sales channels.

Beth Hendriks, current CTO of MercuryGate, has been named Körber Supply Chain Software’s CTO to maintain a strong focus on R&D and provide robust technology for rapid feature delivery and faster value realization through implementation. Körber added that Hendriks brings over 30 years of experience in accelerating R&D and delivering customer-centric product roadmaps. Prior to joining MercuryGate, she worked at Oracle as a cloud strategist and business architect and held the position of Senior Vice President and CTO at SciQuest/JAGGAER.
