October 8, 2024 | E-commerce, Innovation
**DHL Express has announced a new partnership with TOSHI, an on-demand and hyper-local service provider that transforms the “last mile” from a functional necessity into an exceptional experience. This collaboration will enable DHL Express to offer more last-mile delivery options to meet today’s shoppers’ demands for extreme speed, control, and convenience.**
DHL Express e-commerce customers can now provide premium delivery options within the M25 area for shoppers, including one-hour or two-hour delivery windows chosen by the shopper, with service available seven days a week from 10 am to 8 pm. DHL clients can activate this service directly without new systems or investments; these additional paid options will be automatically displayed when shoppers receive their delivery notifications.
Abi Brodie, Vice President of DHL Express, stated: “We are delighted to partner with TOSHI, a company that shares our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. By integrating TOSHI’s technology, we can offer more precise and personalized last-mile options for our customers and shoppers, enhancing the delivery experience in what is often the most critical part of e-commerce.”
Sojin Lee, Founder and CEO of TOSHI, commented: “DHL is a global leader in express logistics known for quality, speed, and reliability. With DHL’s strong influence in premium e-commerce markets, this partnership allows us to expand our reach and ensure more shoppers enjoy superior and luxurious delivery experiences.”
All deliveries by TOSHI are carried out with an all-electric fleet, aligning with DHL’s ongoing commitment to reducing emissions within its network and the continuous promotion of electric vehicles.
