According to splash247.com, Russia’s state-owned Rosatom has acquired the remaining 51% stake in Delo Group from founder Sergei Shishkarev, bringing its ownership to 100% and initiating full consolidation with its other transport assets.
Full Control and Valuation
Rosatom previously held 49% of Delo. The acquisition was executed through a mutual buyout mechanism triggered in February, under which Shishkarev’s 51% stake was valued at RUB77bn ($900m), while Rosatom’s prior 49% stake had been priced at RUB74bn. Neither party disclosed the final consideration, though the $900m valuation serves as the publicly cited figure for the transaction.
Integrated Logistics Platform
Rosatom CEO Alexei Likhachev stated the group will establish a common management centre for Delo, FESCO, and its other transport holdings — unifying shipping, ports, rail, road transport, and forwarding operations. Delo contributes a substantial container platform, including marine and inland terminals, more than 220,000 teu of container capacity, and approximately 40,000 rail platforms. It also controls the KSK grain terminal at Novorossiysk, with an annual capacity of up to 10m tonnes.
FESCO and Market Scale
FESCO — in which Rosatom holds 92.5% — adds over 30 ships, container and rail operations, and the Commercial Port of Vladivostok. The combined logistics assets now account for around 50% of Russia’s container handling market and 44% of rail container transportation, according to the source.
