Before Haleon, Cantillo spent more than four years with Reckitt, first as VP Regional Supply End to End, Latin America, and later as SVP Regional Supply End to End, North America, according to the report.
In North America, he led supply operations supporting more than $3 billion in annual revenue across three factories, five distribution centers and more than 30 co-packers, the source states. Cantillo previously built an 18+ year career with Colgate-Palmolive, progressing through procurement, production, continuous improvement, network operations, plant management and regional and global supply chain leadership, according to the report.
His senior assignments there included Director of Global Supply Chain Performance & Strategy, Supply Chain Director Andina, and Customer Service & Logistics Director and Operations Director, Brazil. His experience covered manufacturing networks, procurement, quality, engineering, planning, distribution, warehousing, international logistics, capital investment and P&L management.
Cantillo began his career with Henkel of America as a Project Engineer before moving into a succession of operations and supply chain roles, the source states.
