Prior to joining Glencore, he served as Senior Director – Global Procurement & Supply Management at CAE, where he led global procurement and supply chain organizations managing more than US$1 billion in addressable spend across complex international operations.
During his tenure at CAE, Ducharme transformed the global procurement organization through organizational redesign, digital enablement, capability building, and process optimization — delivering more than 20% in cost savings and cost avoidance despite significant inflationary pressures and global supply chain disruptions.
