DHL Expands Data Center Logistics to 150+ Sites, 4-Hour Parts Delivery
DHL Supply Chain has expanded its data center service logistics network to over 150 locations across the U.S. and Canada, enabling four-hour delivery of critical installation and replacement parts. The forward stocking model addresses rising operational pressures: 57% of major outages cost over $100,000; one in five exceeds $1 million; equipment lead times now average 42 weeks — up 83% from 2019 levels; and 57% of data center projects faced ≥3-month delays in 2025. Supported by analytics and real-time visibility tools, the network complements DHL’s recent addition of 10 warehouses (7M+ sq ft) across North America.
