The study highlights the high efficiency, low cost, and convenience of these models, which have significantly improved the financial accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The research also identifies key limitations and proposes practical solutions to enhance the sustainability and scalability of JD.com's SCF services.
