TotalEnergies, a global leader in integrated energy solutions, has announced its selection of India-headquartered IBS Software to transform its personnel logistics and tracking operations in Iraq. IBS Software will collaborate with TotalEnergies’ affiliate Exploration Production Ratawi Hub (TEPRH).

This partnership will enable the French multinational energy company to deploy IBS Software’s iLogistics Cloud solution, designed to streamline and optimize personnel logistics, material logistics, and security through its electronic registration solutions.

Hani Al Kassous and Pierre Soury, Logistics Managers at TEPRH, stated that the collaboration with IBS Software will enhance the safety and efficiency of personnel logistics in Iraq. “This ensures our employees can work smoothly and safely even in the most challenging environments,” they said.

Tarek Muradi, Regional Director at IBS Software, commented on the partnership as a validation of the value and capabilities of their iLogistics platform for transforming logistics operations. “Our solutions will enable seamless, efficient, and secure management of personnel logistics for TotalEnergies, supporting their operations in Iraq with potential expansion to other key regions,” he said.

IBS Software’s platform offers automated services for transportation scheduling, check-in, and on-site personnel tracking. This not only enhances the operational efficiency of TotalEnergies’ operations in Iraq but also contributes to safer and more reliable workforce mobilization.

The partnership marks a significant milestone towards digitalizing and automating employee transport, on-site personnel control, and accommodation, leading to improved safety and seamless travel experiences for TotalEnergies employees.

To ensure security, iLogistics will provide dynamic risk assessment and secure journey management backed by real-time data for TotalEnergies. The iLogistics Accommodation Management module offers an advanced platform for managing personnel arrivals, departures, and accommodation at work sites for the energy company.

The French multinational joins a growing list of leading energy companies leveraging IBS Software’s innovative solutions to drive digital transformation in logistics operations.
