DeepFabric has secured Kenco as a client to scale its supply chain agent platform.
DeepFabric is an artificial intelligence company specializing in agentic AI for logistics and supply chain operations. The partnership marks a strategic expansion for DeepFabric as it deploys autonomous agents capable of executing end-to-end supply chain tasks including freight procurement, carrier selection, rate negotiation, and shipment tracking.
Kenco, a U.S.-based third-party logistics provider, will integrate DeepFabric’s agents into its managed transportation services. source, the deployment is scheduled to begin in Q3 2025, with full operational rollout targeted by mid-2026.
Technology integration and scope
The collaboration centers on embedding DeepFabric’s AI agents within Kenco’s existing transportation management system (TMS) infrastructure. These agents are designed to operate autonomously across multiple data sources, including real-time freight market data from SONAR, carrier APIs, and internal Kenco systems.
Initial use cases include dynamic lane-by-lane rate benchmarking against over 12,000 U.S. origin-destination pairs and automated exception handling for 95% of common shipment disruptions — such as detention, delays, and documentation errors.
Kenco plans to deploy the agents across its 14 regional logistics hubs in North America, beginning with facilities in Tennessee, Georgia, and Ohio. The rollout will cover more than 2.3 million annual shipments handled by Kenco’s managed transportation division.
Executive statements
“This isn’t just another software layer — it’s about giving our operations teams AI co-pilots that act, learn, and improve continuously,” said Will O’Donnell, Chief Technology Officer at Kenco.
“We’re moving from reactive monitoring to proactive execution — where agents don’t just alert, they resolve.” — Will O’Donnell, Chief Technology Officer, Kenco
DeepFabric CEO Michael Chen stated the partnership validates the company’s focus on production-grade agentic workflows. “Kenco’s scale, operational rigor, and commitment to measurable ROI made them the ideal launch partner for enterprise agent deployment,” he added.
